Brendan Doyle


Irish Skeleton Athlete since 2016

Brendan is Ireland's top skeleton athlete and the first ever Irish athlete to win an overall IBSF (International Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation) title, which he has won consecutively for 2 years. Doyle has competed up to World Cup level, including racing in 4 World Championships. His sights are very much set on qualifying for the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan, Italy.

Irish Skeleton Athlete since 2023

After only starting Skeleton in November 2023, Éire placed 5th (wider podium) in Park City, Utah, USA and finished an impressive 10th in the overall North American Cup rankings. At just 22 years of age Éire has her sights set on next season's, 2024/25 Junior European and World Championships, as well as aiming to qualify for a future Winter Olympics.
