Both athletes are hoping to make history as the first Irish athletes to compete in the new Skeleton Mixed Team event debuting at the 2026 Olympics in Milan, Italy!

If successful in their Olympic bid Éire would be the 1st ever female Irish Skeleton athlete to race at the Winter Olympics! Brendan would be the 5th ever male Irish Skeleton athlete to compete at the games.
